The first meeting we had with Jessica, she eased our anxiety by walking us through the process, sharing her expertise of how to sell the quickest at a fair price, and gained our trust to get the job done. I had approached Jessica about our home that had been on the market for almost a year. It was X Zone waterfront on a slab, not pilings, that stayed dry in Ivan. The value was there. Many other homes in flood zones were on the market for much less. It needed a different kind of marketing. Jessica sold the value of our home to the first couple that was interested. She sold the value of the home as she walked up the driveway before they even got in the front door. We received a full price offer, sight unseen. It was the parents that viewed the house!
